My Boss Needs to Listen
I hope that my boss was listening during those meetings on sexual harassment. I have been bothered by some of his actions for a long time, and after listening to the presentations from the sexual harassment attorneys, I realize that it is a very big problem. I think that I am going to have to say something if this continues. It would be great if the meetings made him realize what he is doing and inspire him to make changes.
